Basic Dough Recipe

A quick, easy dough that is ready in minutes. Great for pizzas, scrolls, naan or flatbread.

Ingredients

  • Self-raising flour
  • 1 ½ cups
  • Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup
  • Salt
  • A pinch

Method

  1. Place the flour, yoghurt and salt into a bowl and mix together to form a soft dough.
  2. Transfer to a floured work surface and knead gently for a few minutes or until the dough feels smooth to touch. Cover with a damp cloth and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  3. It’s ready to use!
  4. This recipe is enough for 1 medium pizza.
