Greek yoghurt

Self-raising flour

Tomato passata
½ cup
Reduced fat cheese
½ cup
Shaved ham (chopped)
⅟₄ cup
Onions (chopped finely)
⅟₄ cup
Capsicum
⅟₄ cup
Chopped spinach
½ cup
Pineapple chopped
⅟₄ cup
Method
Heat oven to 160°C.
Add Greek yoghurt to self-raising flour and mix until it becomes a firm dough.
Roll dough to 5mm thick using a rolling pin on a floured surface.
Spread on the tomato passata evenly, add cheese and toppings of your choice.
Roll dough into a long sausage and cut into slices — around 1cm thick.
Place rolls on a lined baking tray and cook in oven for 10-15 minutes and serve.
