A crispy, crunchy and creative snack.

Cornflour (Maize)
100 grams
Pepitas
55 grams
Sesame seeds
55 grams
Flaxseeds
50 grams
Boiling water
200 millilitres
Canola oil
50 millilitres
Method
Preheat oven to 160°C and line a large baking tray (60cm x 40cm) with either baking paper or a silicon baking sheet.
Place the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix well to combine.
Mix the boiling water and oil together then add to the dry ingredients, mix to combine.
Pour mixture onto the lined baking tray. Spread out thinly to evenly to coat the whole tray.
Place in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
Allow to cool before breaking into pieces to serve.
Great served on it’s own as a crunchy snack or with dip or cheese.
