Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well with your hands.
Form into 10 equal sized burgers.
Put a frypan over medium heat and cover the base with oil.
Place the burgers into the pan and gently fry for 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown on one side. Turn the burgers over and continue to cook until golden brown and cooked through.
To serve, place a burger onto each bread roll and top with your favourite salad ingredients.
Try the following salad ingredients: lettuce, grated carrot, beetroot, tomato, pineapple, cucumber, capsicum or red onion.
