Easy and delicious bliss balls full of orange flavour.

200 grams
Coconut, desiccated
30 grams
Oats
90 grams
Cocoa powder
2 tablespoons
Vanilla
1 teaspoon
Orange juice
3 tablespoons
Orange zest
1 tablespoon
Method
Place all ingredients into a food processor. Process until the oats are finely blended and the mixture comes together.
If the mixture is not sticky enough to hold together as balls, add a little more orange juice and process again. If the mixture seems too wet, add a little more oats and process again.
Roll teaspoons of mixture into balls of even size. Refrigerate until needed.
