A dip that brings fresh flavour to any dish.
Ingredients

Cucumber

Salt
1 teaspoon
Greek Yogurt
500 grams
Chopped dill
1 teaspoon
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Crushed garlic
1 teaspoon
Olive oil
½ tablespoon
Method
Dice the cucumber and place in a food processor add salt and blend for approx. 20 seconds.
Pour blended cucumber into a strainer to separate the liquid from the pulp.
Discard the liquid and place the pulp in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Chill until ready to serve.
